For our guests with special needs, a Guest Services Representative will be available at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats; get refreshments for them or whatever else they may require. Please contact one of these team members should you require their services.
Assistive Listening Devices are provided free of charge. A driver's license or credit card will be held as a security deposit. Interested parties should see a Guest Services Representative at their nearest Guest Services/Concierge desk for details.
Philips Arena will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities upon request. We ask thirty (30) days notice for such services. All services must be approved by the artist/show.
There are accessible parking spaces on-site.

Disabled seating is available for all events in all price levels at the Philips Arena. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster (phones, and internet and outlets) or here at the arena box office, specifically requesting disabled seating.
